What we collect: your work email and IP address, your activity in the portal (sign-ins, label prints, ETA edits, uploads), and any message you send to the Susie assistant.
Why: to give you secure access, run the logistics workflow, and keep a security audit trail.
How long: activity and assistant logs are kept for 90 days, then deleted automatically.
Shared with: the Susie assistant sends your typed message to our AI provider to generate a reply. Nothing else leaves Sediver.
